How does Nytol One-A-Night work?

Nytol One-A-Night functions by reducing brain arousal levels to facilitate easier sleep onset. 3. Tricyclic Antidepressants (TCAs): Diphenhydramine can increase the sedative effects of TCAs and also add to anticholinergic side effects like dry mouth, constipation, and urinary retention.
  4. Anticholinergic Drugs: When combined with drugs that have anticholinergic effects, such as some medications for Parkinson’s disease, IBS, or overactive bladder, the risk of side effects like dry mouth, urinary retention, and constipation increases.
  5. Other Antihistamines: Combining Nytol with other antihistamines, either over-the-counter or prescription, can compound side effects.
  6. Atropine: Interaction with atropine can enhance anticholinergic effects, increasing the likelihood of side effects like dry mouth, blurred vision, and increased heart rate.
