Our returns policy
Our policy does not allow for the return of prescribed medication or medical devices. This is for safety reasons due to the legislation governing the sale and supply of medicines in the UK, and we are not authorised to resell returned medication. If you have any unwanted or unused medication, you can take it to a local pharmacy, and they will dispose of the products safely.
If we are unable to dispense your medication for any reason, we will refund you the full amount within 3-5 working days of receiving the order.
If you believe there has been a mistake in your order (for example, medication you did not order, incorrect quantity, or strength), please contact us immediately, and we will try to rectify the matter.
For other items, you can return any unwanted items within seven days of receipt for a refund or replacement, as long as they are undamaged, unopened and in their original packaging.
Cancellations
If you have ordered any of our products that are to be delivered by post, you have the right to cancel the order up until the pharmacy accepts your medication.
Returns
We hope that you will be happy with any medication that you order from us. However, if you wish to return medication to us because it is:
- Not as described
- Damaged or faulty
We will refund the full price of the medication, together with any applicable delivery charges and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the item to us.
We will refund you using the credit or debit card you used to pay. If the card expires before the refund is made, please contact us to provide your new card details. If you paid using a different payment method, we will refund you using the same method you used to pay us.
Your refund will automatically be processed within 3-5 working days, but in some cases, it can take up to 14 days.
