You are taking certain antifungal medications like ketoconazole and itraconazole.
You are taking certain HIV medications including ritonavir, saquinavir, nelfinavir, and atazanavir.
You are taking specific antibiotics like telithromycin, or nefazodone, an antidepressant.

Children and Adolescents:

Priligy should not be used by anyone under the age of 18.
